When is the iOS 26 release date?

The latest version of iOS is almost here.

Even if Apple changes it around by a day or two on either end, you can still pretty much book that week in your calendar for the release of iOS 26 and Liquid Glass. It's a big change for Apple users, and it brings with it wholesale redesigns of the Photos and Phone apps, as well as new features like group chat backgrounds and polls in Messages. Apple just released the ninth beta for iOS 26 a couple of days ago, though it looks like the latest build is mostly filled with small bug fixes.
