Workhelix taps years of research to help enterprises figure out where to apply AI


The company breaks down jobs into specific tasks and scores the tasks on whether or not they are ripe for AI automation.

Prior to Workhelix, Brynjolfsson was sharing this research and methodology through published papers or through speaker gigs in board rooms, but he realized that if they added a software element, they could reach more companies. The company launched its product in April 2024 and has seen strong demand from enterprise customers including Accenture, Wayfair and Coursera, among others. In today’s market that’s obsessed with moving fast and automation, it’s interesting that Workhelix’s business model isn’t just software but also includes a human element, too.
