Your Gemini app just got a major AI image editing upgrade - for free
Google DeepMind says its new model for Gemini is the world's top-rated AI image editor, and early previews show users are going bananas over it.
On Tuesday, Google DeepMind revealed that it was responsible for the high-performing photo editing 'nano banana' model. With the model, users can edit pictures using natural language prompts while keeping the essence of the image intact better than ever before, and it is being integrated right in the Gemini app. As seen in the GIF below, the edited version keeps the person's appearance the same amidst outfit changes.
