Zed Editor Rolls Out Native Git Integration


The Zed Editor as a modern IDE-focused text editor for programmers and developed by some of the Atom editor creators continues on quite a roll

Over the past year Zed has rolled out native Linux builds, added various AI features and also began open-sourcing its own edit prediction model. For speeding up modern Git-based development workflows, Zed has added native Git support. This native Git integration is focused on being very fast, can be keyboard-driven, and other extras to provide for a convenient developer experience.
